In response to COVID-19, Ghost Bounty FRS’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and clients. The work we do is critical and we’re committed to being available when our clients and colleagues need us. Our response to continuing to meet that need is through virtual conference and chat, email correspondence, and of course; phone. All employees and associates of Ghost Bounty FRS are practicing social distancing and are diligent in wearing masks and gloves when necessary contact has to be made in person.
Ghost Bounty FRS is a Fugitive Retrieval Agency first and foremost, under no circumstances do we cold call or visit media outlets, law enforcement, or government agencies for publicity or funding. All Ghost Bounty FRS employees are professionals and can be identified by their company apparel, security badges, and or licenses at all times. Anyone operating outside of these policies is misrepresenting the company and committing an act of fraud.
I am speaking on this today because it has been brought to the attention of Ghost Bounty FRS that some individuals have been using misleading information in the course of contact with the media, law enforcement, and government agencies; falsely representing Ghost Bounty FRS's history and ownership in an effort to elicit funding and recognition for themselves.
These parties have engaged in the unlawful reproduction of Ghost Bounty FRS's copyrighted image and work. Their false remarks and inquiries are not protected speech and constitute libel and slander. Copies of their reproductions have been preserved as evidence in addition to witness testimony. Ghost Bounty FRS has and will continue to identify and prosecute these individuals to the fullest extent of the law for false representation.
As always we want to thank you for your support; especially to our friends and colleagues who have brought these individuals to our attention. It warms our hearts when members of the communities we serve are so willing to volunteer their time and resources; helping us to build and give back. Thank you again, be safe in these turbulent times, and please continue to wear your masks and practice social distancing.
